The festive season is officially here, and our chocolatiers are in full Christmas mode! To help everyone get their chocolate fix on time, here are our important holiday ordering and store-closure details.
Christmas Order Cut-Off Dates
To ensure your chocolate gifts are ready before Christmas, please place your order before Monday, 15 December 2025.
✔️ Orders placed before 15 December
Will be prepared and ready for Click & Collect, or shipped in time for pre-Christmas delivery.
❗ Orders placed after 15 December
Will be prepared and dispatched from 5 January 2026 when our production team returns from break.
If you miss the cut-off and need chocolate urgently (we understand!), we recommend visiting one of our retail stores for fresh Christmas stock while it lasts.

Adelaide Street Retail / Orders Store

We’ll be open extended hours Monday 15th – Thursday 18th December from 7:00am – 7:00pm.
