We’re opening a new boutique chocolate shop in Noosa Heads in October 2026.
That’s right, Noosa – hand-crafted chocolate is coming right to the heart of Hastings Street. We can’t wait to open the doors to our chocolate shop and café in the popular Village on Hastings (also known as Bay Village).
Noosa Chocolate Factory Hastings Street stocks our most popular signature and speciality ranges. We source raw ingredients from ethical and sustainable suppliers. And the family’s original Chocolatier, Charles Thomson, is the inspiration for many of the traditional recipes (circa 1920s) we still use today.
Our new store includes a generous retail section. There is also seating for 10-15 guests, and convenient on-site parking at the Bay Village car park off Noosa Parade. A huge window-seating area is the perfect vantage spot to sip on a signature hot or iced chocolate drink or coffee, and watch beachgoers and visitors go by.
The dine-in and takeaway menu is dedicated to our signature hot and iced chocolate drinks, which are a simple and authentic blend of fresh chocolate and milk. Our speciality Rocky Road variety is a must-try. We have vegan varieties, too. Speciality coffee is roasted by our friends at Padre Coffee, they’re located in Noosaville and Melbourne.
Fresh From Our Noosaville Factory
Our family-owned Noosaville chocolate factory at Venture Drive supplies the new store with fresh, local hand-made chocolate. All of our chocolate is palm oil and preservative free. We source quality raw ingredients locally sourced wherever possible. Think: macadamias, hazelnuts, pineapple, mango, strawberries and passionfruit. Vegan chocolate and no added-dairy options are also available.
You’ll find our full range of local hand-made chocolate products at our original Noosaville factory, store and café. Here, you can also watch the hand-made process of artisan chocolate on the Sunshine Coast, from the viewing window direct into our chocolate factory.
Our CEO Marcus Raward says it best:
“We’re homegrown and absolutely love Noosa, so we’ve created a space that’s unique to this location: bright, spacious and that encourages guests to linger over our signature and specialty drinks – the perfect post-beach or shopping treat.”
“Our new Hastings Street store will capture the local foot traffic and beach crowd and complement our original Noosaville factory and store – a destination location in its own right, where visitors can watch the excitement of chocolate-making unfold.”
The store will be open seven days a week. Stay tuned for the exact opening date and more news of what’s in store!
