PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We offer two ways to receive your order: click & collect from any Noosa Chocolate Factory store, and local hand delivery. We do not ship interstate or internationally.

Click & collect orders are prepared within 3 business days. We will email you when your order is ready to collect from the store you selected at checkout.

Local hand delivery is available on orders over $50 for a $20 fee, within a 10km radius of your closest store and within the postcodes listed at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm and arrive within 72 business hours of your order. We can deliver to residential and business addresses, but not to hospitals.

Deliveries do not require a signature. Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided it will be left at that address, whether or not someone is there to receive it, and we are not liable for external factors affecting the order after delivery.

Chocolate is heat sensitive. We pack orders to reduce the effect of heat in transit, but during the warmer months (September to April) it remains the customer’s decision to order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Noosa Chocolate Factory handles returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind. Because our products are perishable food, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or a product not being to your taste.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within two days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and including a photograph where possible, and we will put it right.

CONSENT

By using our website, you hereby consent to our disclaimer and agree to its terms.
