Sourcing the best specialty coffee for our chocolate cafes across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane is incredibly important to us. We wanted a coffee partner who shares our ethos of ethical sourcing, quality ingredients, and community relationships, and who takes the same great pride in their craft as we do.

Padre Coffee is an artisan roaster and our neighbour, with bases in Noosaville as well Melbourne.

- Daddy’s Girl espresso blend: notes of milk chocolate, honey and caramel
- Easy Goes Decaf Espresso Blend: hints of brown sugar, chocolate, caramel and orange

You’ll find Padre’s coffee in the barista-made brews at all Noosa Chocolate Factory stores and cafes: Noosaville, Sunshine Plaza, Westfield Chermside and Brisbane CBD.
We’re also opening our new Hastings Street store this Saturday 3rd October at 9am, so it’s the perfect excuse to come and try it.
