White Chocolate

A creamy and sweet type of chocolate made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids, but it doesn’t contain cocoa solids—the component responsible for traditional chocolate’s rich brown colour and intense flavour. Because of its high cocoa butter content, white chocolate has a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture, with a flavour profile often described as rich, buttery, and vanilla-like. While some chocolate enthusiasts don’t consider white chocolate to be “true” chocolate, it remains a popular choice for its unique taste and is often used in baking, desserts, and confectionery.

Milk Chocolate

One of the most popular forms of chocolate, made from cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, and milk powder or condensed milk. The addition of milk creates a milder, creamier taste compared to dark chocolate, making it highly approachable and widely enjoyed. Typically containing between 10% to 40% cocoa content, milk chocolate balances sweetness with subtle chocolate undertones. Dark Chocolate

Known for its robust and intense chocolate flavour, it contains a higher percentage of cocoa solids and less sugar than milk chocolate. Typically comprising anywhere from 50% to 100% cocoa, dark chocolate’s richness appeals to those who enjoy a more sophisticated and less sweet chocolate experience. It’s often touted for its potential health benefits, as the higher cocoa content includes antioxidants and minerals. Dark chocolate varies in intensity, with some varieties offering hints of fruit or nuttiness, making it an ideal choice for those looking to savour a more complex chocolate flavour.

Ruby Chocolate

Ruby chocolate is a relatively new and unique variety made from specially processed ruby cocoa beans, which naturally exhibit a pink hue and a tangy, berry-like flavour. Unlike traditional chocolate varieties, ruby chocolate doesn’t rely on added colours or flavours to achieve its distinctive appearance and taste. It has a creamy texture similar to white chocolate, combined with a tart, fruity flavour that sets it apart. With its natural pink colour and refreshing flavour profile, ruby chocolate has quickly become popular among both chocolatiers and consumers as a novel addition to the chocolate spectrum.

Vegan Milk Chocolate

Our vegan milk chocolate is a dairy-free take on traditional milk chocolate, crafted to deliver a creamy, indulgent taste without animal products. Made with a blend of sugar, cocoa butter, and cocoa mass, it achieves a smooth and balanced chocolate flavour, while rice powder provides a satisfying, milk-like creaminess. The inclusion of inulin adds dietary fibre, enhancing texture and nutrition.
