Mark your calendar. The Noosa Chocolate Factory Hastings Street opening date has been confirmed. The new chocolate store on Hastings Street, Noosa will open its doors on Saturday 3rd October at 9am.
Here you’ll find the best handmade chocolate on the Sunshine Coast. We also serve signature hot and cold chocolate drinks. Our specialty coffee is roasted by our Noosaville neighbours, Padre Coffee.
The first 150 customers to spend $75 or more in one transaction, in-store at Hastings Street, from 3rd-10th October, receive a complimentary bag of 36% Milk Chocolate Sunshine Coast Macadamias.
Store décor & artisanal craft
Our new store reflects our artisanal roots. The space blends a casually chic beachside feel with soft tones and light-filled interiors. Multi-toned timber floors and bespoke, handmade cabinetry echo the care behind every piece of chocolate. No shortcuts. Just premium, raw ingredients and craft.
We’ve dialled up the barista-made, coffee-loving convenience. Our café section seats 10-15 guests and includes a large window section. Perfect for a comfy seat, chocolate indulgence, and a spot of people-watching.
Dialling up the chocolate drinks
These are not your average chocolate drinks. We melt fresh chocolate drops in steaming milk and crafted into your drink of choice. There are five blends to choose from:
- 29% white chocolate
- 36% milk chocolate
- 54% semi-dark
- 73% dark
- 90% extra dark
Try our hot and iced chocolate made with our famous Rocky Road for an indulgent treat. We also offer no-added dairy and vegan options. Every drink also comes with a complimentary chocolate sample too.
A handcrafted chocolate haven
Choose by chocolate type: white, milk, dark, and specialty varieties including caramel, gianduja, ruby and vegan. Or explore slabs packed with honeycomb, nuts and jellies, flavoured with caramel, coffee, berries and spices.
We offer a huge range of panned (chocolate-coated) berries, fruit, nuts and liquorice. Not to forget, favourites like Rocky Road, Caramel Fudge, Noosa Crunch and Macadamia and Peanut Brittles. We fulfil chocolate gift hampers, including custom orders, fresh from the factory.

The Hastings Street store has employed 11 full-time and casual team members, including an experienced store manager. It’s the sixth store for the group, which began in 2009 with a small kitchen in Noosaville. Other stores and cafe locations are in Noosaville, Brisbane City, Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore and Westfield Chermside.
