Don't get jelly! Why's this Rocky Road so good?

We use our incredibly good chocolate to produce our Rocky Road, but the secret to Australia’s best Rocky Road is the mix-ins. The perfect ratio of mix-ins to chocolate, and the quality of the ingredients. At Noosa Chocolate Factory we hand craft our inclusions, using the same delicious traditional recipes we use for our jelly slabs and marshmallows, so there’s no skimping on quality.

Marshmallow

Our pillowy marshmallows include gelatine for that dreamy texture, mouthfeel and bite. Gently flavoured with natural vanilla, this marshmallow is delicious as well as sweet.

Jelly

Our jelly is strawberry heaven. Naturally flavoured, this strawberry dream is made with pectin for that bouncy, gummy chew, and gives our Rocky Road beautiful pops of gem-like fruit flavour.

Coconut

No Rocky Road is complete without a little crunch of coconut. Ethically sourced, and batch toasted to perfection. No overly dry desiccated coconut here!
