Noosa Chocolate Factory is opening a new store in vibrant Hastings St, Noosa Heads in October 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic Baristas & Café All-Rounders to join our team.
About the role:
This is a casual position (approx. 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to move to full-time for the right candidate. You’ll be working in a high-paced café environment serving premium coffee, chocolate drinks, and our signature handmade products.
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on barista experience in a café environment is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
