We offer two ways for you to ensure you receive your chocolates in the most convenient way possible: Our click & collect service or local hand delivery. No matter where you are in Noosa, Sunshine Coast or Brisbane, we’ll get your chocolates to you fresh and on time!
We do not ship interstate or internationally – We’d love to, but quality control, and getting you the best chocolate experience is everything for us! You’ll just have to come visit us!
Order Online & Collect In-store Click & Collect
Enjoy the convenience of ordering your favourite chocolates online and picking them up from your preferred Noosa Chocolate Factory location.
During checkout, simply select the store closest to you for collection, and we’ll have your order ready for you within 3 working days. We’ll send an email notification to let you know when your order is ready to collect, so keep an eye on your inbox!
Dropped straight to your door Local Hand Delivery
Fast, reliable delivery, ensuring your chocolates arrive fresh and on time.
Spend over $50 to access hand delivery for an additional $20 fee. Delivery range is determined by postcode, within a 10km radius of your closest Noosa Chocolate Factory store. Enter your postcode in the checkout to see if your postcode falls within our hand delivery range.
Important information:
- We do not ship interstate or internationally – We’d love to, but quality control, and getting you the best chocolate experience is everything for us! You’ll just have to come visit us!
- We can only deliver to residential and business addresses, and are unable to deliver to hospitals within our delivery areas.
- Once your order has been delivered to the specified address, it will be left at the location regardless of whether someone is present to collect it or responds to our delivery call.
- Please note that we are not liable for any external factors that may affect your order after it has been delivered.

How much do I need to spend for hand delivery?
Orders over $50 qualify for hand delivery within 10km of each store. Hand delivery incurs a $20 fee.
What is the cost of hand delivery for orders under $50?
We don’t offer hand delivery on orders under $50. Pop into your local store with Click & Collect instead.
Do you ship inter-state or internationally?
No. To get our products to you in the best possible condition, we do not offer inter-state or international shipping. Pop in and visit us, next time you’re in QLD!
