Our story began in 2009, in a tiny Noosaville kitchen where Pam and Gordon Thomson set out to craft extraordinary chocolate by hand — using only the finest natural ingredients. But the roots run even deeper, tracing back to a family legacy of chocolate-making that spans generations.
Today, we’re proud to still make every batch fresh, using local produce and traditional methods — with every piece crafted and sold within 72 hours.
