What payment methods do you accept?
In-store we accept EFTPOS, credit cards, AMEX and cash for payment. On our online shop, we accept credit card and AMEX payments via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is parking available at your stores?
Parking availability depends on the location. Please contact the specific store for details on nearby parking.
When is the best time to come visit the stores?
Our stores have three peak times during our opening hours – opening, lunchtime and late afternoon. If you’d like the time to carefully decide what chocolates you’d like to purchase, we recommend popping in between these times.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located at 21 Venture Drive, Noosaville, QLD. While it’s not open to the public, you can visit our factory retail store and cafe next door, which has an incredible viewing window so you can witness the magic of the manufacturing taking place.
What products are made at your factory?
We craft a range of chocolates and fillings, including salted caramel, honeycomb, peanut and macadamia brittle, and delicious jellies.
How long has Noosa Chocolate Factory been operating?
We’ve been crafting fine chocolate since 2009, celebrating over 10 years of chocolate-making excellence.
Can I sample products at your retail store?
Yes! Our factory retail store is open 7 days a week and offers samples of our fresh chocolate products.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local hand delivery, from 3 of our stores – check out the delivery areas here.
We do not ship interstate or internationally. We’d love to, but quality control, and getting you the best chocolate experience is everything for us! You’ll just have to come visit us!
